Summary: The front desk wasn’t really staffed. The shower creaked like it was going to fall through the floor. I asked for a late checkout and still had cleaning come to my door. Not worth $200+ a night.

Summary: It was clean and nicely decorated. It needed more than 1 elevator and more handicapped spaces as they were all full.

Summary: This is a nice hotel, but the gym was closed and we work out daily. Also, we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. We were unable to use as it was not heating up properly, and guests had their children/babies in the hot tub with no clothing or swim diapers on. That is unacceptable and not hygienic. For $300 a night, it was not worth it.
